Even as ERís eleventh season sees two strong veterans bow out, itís always introducing new faces and pulling the heartstrings to wrap around the new rising stars. Parminder Nagraís nervous Neela Rasgotra continues her searching for her path in life after the last seasonís events leave her without a residency or even a hospital to practice in (which is example enough for not annoying Dr. Weaver). Then Shane West enters the hospital as a new hotshot doctor whose cocksure attitude makes his life easier some days while putting him at odds with all the other doctors on others. Westís addition to the cast shoves a new vitality down the showís throat and it actually sticks. The characterís dialogue enlivens the interactions of other doctors and reinvigorates ER as a series.http://www.justpressplay.net/movie-reviews/929-dvd-reviews/5637-er-the-complete-eleventh-season.html

Thanks for posting this admin., I completely agree with it.
When they introduced Ray Barnett he really was a welcome breath of fresh air and someone a bit different in a good way.
He sort of shook things up a bit just by being who he was and that was good.
And the rest is history!
